Bi-Annual Gatherings
Delegates of the member churches gather twice per year at various locations in Connecticut and Massachusetts. The May meeting includes a corporate business session to act on recommendations of the Fellowship Executive Committee, approve a fiscal budget, and elect officers. This important meeting, held at a member church location begins with a wonderful missionary tea which includes tea, coffee and delightful treats. A basket for donations is provided to assist the church in a mission project. Attendees also find inspiration and points for reflection when worshipping together in the sanctuary.

Red Lion Hotel in Cromwell, CT. This event held each October is focused on the concept of fellowship and includes a reception, music, devotions & educational workshops.
Ministers Convocation 2019
Ministers from CT, MA, NH and ME gather at the Cathedral Camp Conference and Retreat Center in East Freetown, MA following Easter for a necessary much needed mini-retreat. The retreat offers time for reflection, study, relaxation, worship, good food and lively conversations…. and lots of snacks!
